With high-performance zirconia alumina plus abrasive, the BlueFire® R884P coarse grit arbor thread fiberglass conical flap disc offers an aggressive cut and up to 30% longer lifespan than competitive zirconia alumina discs. A fiberglass and resin backing combines lightweight with high strength, absorbing vibrations and aiding in operator comfort. The coarse grit is made for deburring, blending and removing stock from soft carbon steel and other soft metals, stainless steel and titanium. The polyester and cotton angled flaps offer great surface contact and are ideal for removing stock quickly from contours and edges.

    • Type 29 conical flap discs with high-performance zirconia alumina plus abrasive provide aggressive cut and long life
    • Their fiberglass/resin backing plates are the most popular plate configuration due to high strength, lightweight, ability to absorb vibration and operator comfort
    • Angled, polyester/cotton flaps provide greater surface contact and are the best choice when speed of job completion and stock removal are primary considerations, may be used on contour and edge work
    • Excellent choice for coarse grit blending, deburring and stock removal
